Despite the first closings having been in 2007, the Columbian has yet to sell out. The developer has reduced prices significantly. There have been some attempts to flip units in the building, but they appear to have been unsuccessful. Some units are also offered for rent.
The amenities offered in individual units vary depending on the floor, with higher floors offering better accents. Hardwood flooring is offered in all three tiers, along with GE appliances for the kitchen in the two lower tiers and Sub-Zero, Viking, and Bosch appliances in the penthouse. All tiers offer furniture-quality cabinetry, granite countertops, marble tile flooring in the master bath, and carpeting in the bedrooms. Penthouse units come with washer/dryer by GE, while Boulevard and Tower tier units offer hookups.
